I pinned this doodad a bit ago, and have been mind drooling about it ever since...
We actually have a semi-free weeknight
(meaning we were home before 8 on this particular night) so I told
the hubs it would be worth the wait, instead of grabbing grub while
we were out...he later agreed after munching on this.
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Butter the bread and layer mozzarella, pepperoni's, and nice big chunks of tomatoes and avocados.
I then topped off with another slice of mozzarella, to 'seal' it all together.
Add a small helping of Tomato Basil soup for dipping, eating or chugging, like I did.
All that gooooonesssss, in yo tummy.
